Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 72 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Please note: The shipping time does not include the processing period.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over £59.00 GBP.

  • For orders under £59.00 GBP, standard shipping fees apply.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery method, and location.

  • All applicable shipping charges will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Holiday Shipping Delays

Please note that UK public holidays (e.g., Bank Holidays) may cause delays in shipping or delivery. Kindly allow additional processing and delivery time during these periods.



Address Accuracy

To ensure successful delivery:

  • Enter your full shipping address, including building number, street name, apartment or unit number, and a valid phone number.

  • Our system uses third-party address verification, so your address must match official billing records.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be reshipped automatically. If the parcel is lost due to subjective reasons such as address failure, KOSPET cannot be responsible.
