Well made, but very unreliable!

PROS:
The Tank X2 Ultra is a very well made watch, with a very good battery life.
But that is where the good points end.

CONS:
It is very unreliable. Which means that it isn't worth the £129.99 that they are currently charging.
It is possible that the good battery life is only good, because it doesn't do half the things that it is supposed to do.
It keeps saying it is ‘syncing’, but although the 'Steps' and 'Blood Oxygen' are recorded, and passed to the App, 'Sleep' and 'Blood Pressure' are not updated.
It cannot accurately tell when I fall asleep.
Although it has done previously, it currently cannot record my sleep. 'No Recent Sleep Data'
The exact same goes for the most important thing for me: Blood Pressure measurements: 'No Data'.
Steps, and Blood Oxygen are always recorded, and displayed in the KOSPET Fit app, so it cannot be that I’m wearing it wrong. I have tried various strap tightness, to see if I can remedy this problem, without success.
Who needs to measure ‘Stress’, when you have a Blood Pressure measurement; which unfortunately I don’t, most of the time.
And measuring ‘Mood’, is merely a gimmick. If the Tank X2 Ultra was reliable, I would always be in a good ‘mood’, and ‘stress’ free.

I don't need to measure my 'Stress' or 'Mood' levels, which are merely gimmicks. All I need is to measure my Blood Pressure, which was the reason I paid out an exorbitant £99.00, for this watch which has turned out to be not-so-smart.

The KOSPET Fit app, appears to be a direct copy of the Da Fit app, but not as good.

Step 1: Can you make sure both the watch's firmware and the app are updated to the latest versions? That could help with syncing issues.
Step 2: For the blood pressure syncing problem, please check if the automatic monitoring feature is turned on. Then, let us know if the issue is with the data not syncing, or if the heart rate light doesn’t turn on when taking a reading. If possible, a video would be really helpful for us to better understand the issue. You can send it to us at support@kospet.com.
